A vanity install touches plumbing, tile and countertop trades all at once — the sequencing matters as much as the carpentry.
Bathroom installs are rarely a standalone job; they sit in the middle of a renovation sequence between rough-in plumbing, tile work and countertop templating. We coordinate directly with your plumber and tile setter so the vanity goes in at the right point in that sequence, not before the room is ready for it.
We handle both cabinetry we've built ourselves and vanities purchased elsewhere, including big-box and online orders, with the same attention to level, plumb and wall-anchor strength.
We're glad to coordinate directly if you'd like to hand that off, or work to a schedule your general contractor sets — whichever keeps the project moving with the least back-and-forth for you.
Yes, with the caveat that we'll check it against the room dimensions before install day, since online vanity listings aren't always accurate about depth and drawer clearance.
